وحول التنافس على عقد القمم العربية, قال الفيصل "أينما عقدت القمة فإنه لا يهم المكان ولكن العبرة بالمواقف التي يتخذها القادة في هذه القمم".

وفيما يتعلق بالموقف من مبادرة السلام العربية في ظل استمرار العدوان على قطاع غزة, قال الفيصل إنها صالحة لكن الطرف الآخر يتقاعس ولا يريد أن يتفق, بل يريد كسب الأراضي.

وتحدث وزير الخارجية السعودي عن بحث القمة الخليجية لتوفير الدعم المالي لغزة, وقال إن التبرعات ستكون سخية.
